Two Days!

That’s right, two days in a row I’ve gotten up for cardio!  Hopefully I’ll stay on that track. This morning on the news I saw a bunch of crap about a recession in the US and that the Fed has been so kind and dropped rates by ¾ a point.  That’s great!  We have helped everyone again!  The US, China, Japan, and Australian markets have all seen a little bit of light, BUT they also talk about how the real problem is the credit crunch as they like to put it.  Right, credit crunch.  Who put us there?  OH!  Remember when rates were lowered to “stimulate” the economy after 9/11?  It was OK for a while, but those rates went on too long and lenders got too comfortable giving out loans that eventually people couldn’t pay back and now we sit with a proposed package to stimulate the economy again and a ¾ point rate drop.  Whatever happened to letting people get out of their own problems all on their own?  Now I am actually doing OK with my job, my company, and Chad’s income as well.  We’re making it work, because we work, because we make decisions that are thought through thoroughly.  What reward are we getting for doing well in a time where most middle-class are faltering?  I guess I should just be happy that I have a job, can pay my bills, and think about it from the standpoint that I was in trouble and needed to figure out a way to fix it.  I would be thankful that I have a government willing to try to help me out.  But when I think about it, are they really helping out or just making it worse?  I’m no financial analyst, so my opinion doesn’t carry much merit, but I am very logical and can analyze events in recent past and putting those things together paints a less than pretty picture given what we’ve seen…

Anyway, I got up two days in a row to work out!!!

Off to the showers *wink wink*  HA!

Pop Tarts

I love Pop Tarts.  Strawberry with no frosting is my fav, but I go for the frosting from time to time.  A little toasting action and then right down the trap!  Yummmmmm.

Bed Hog

Chad has an issue.  The issue is: he's a bed hog!  Well, last night he was a cover hog.  We got a memory foam mattress thing for our bed, it's amazing!  The first night I slept without moving.  I wake up refreshed and well rested...except when I'm constantly battling my boyfriend for covers and shivering every time I lose!  At about 5:00 this morning I had to go upstairs and get a separate blanket out of the closet.  After I snuggled up in the down comforter, I was out until about 7:30... p e r f e c t ...

Ghetto What?

Symbolization.

Is that a word?

Yes it is.  Was it appropriately used in the sentance?  No.

Do You GMail?

You should...GMail is FREE, it has TONS of storage, and, in my opinion, is better than Windows Live Mail/Windows Live Search...The Google destop application is cool, I don't use it, but it is better than the Windows Live Desktop Search application...in my opinion...
